WOW! BACK TO SCHOOL!

WOW! Hard to believe that next week my kids go back to school. The summer went by so fast. Tomorrow is already September. I am a homeschooling mom, these are just some ideas to make your first day of homeschooling special.

1. TAKE A FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL PHOTO

It is a great keepsake. And you can even compare it to the last day of school photo. Yes little ones grow up way to fast! My baby will be in 2nd grade. (hard to believe)

2. MAKE A SPECIAL FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL BREAKFAST

Make a special favorite breakfast for your little ones. Nothing better than a great breakfast to start the first day of school off right!

3. A SURVEY

Create a survey of some questions like what they like to do. What they don't like. Kids minds change a lot. And it is another great keepsake that you can keep to see what interests they had at the time.

4. DECORATE FOLDERS

Let them be creative! Let your kids decorate folders they will be using during the school year. Give them some markers, colored pencils, crayons, stickers, whatever they want to use to get crafty and make the folders truly something they like!

5. SPECIAL LUNCH

Let them eat outside while the weather is nice, before fall comes and it gets too cold outside to be able to eat outside. That way they are not stuck inside all day give them a different view.

6. MAKE A SLIDESHOW

Take pictures throughout the day. And make a digital slideshow another keepsake.

And you can always show hubby when he gets home.

7. ICE CREAM TREAT

At the end of the day give them an ice cream treat. What better way to end the first day of school.
